Jim McGlynn passed away on February 4th.  His funeral is on February 10th at the Clary Funeral Home in Richland Center; visitation is at 9:00 am, followed by funeral services.

In keeping with the Town of Westford's tradition of respectfully honoring employees who have passed, I have asked Nate to place mourning cloth on one of the Westford Plow Trucks and to park the truck near the entrance of St. Bridget's cemetery, (Jim's burial site), prior to the burial services.  

It is fitting that the Town remember someone who has sacrificed to keep Westford safe.  In Jim's case, it would be after retirement with the Town of Washington,  he worked to keep the Westford Town roads clear of snow during all types of snowstorms, day or night.
